York University's Collegiate FBLA (formerly known as PBL) chapter has been dedicated to inspiring and developing the next generation of leaders by preparing students for careers in business and business-related fields. Collegiate FBLA offers a breadth of activities that build personal and professional skills, including unique career development programs, business tours, workshops, and so much more.

The YU Collegiate FBLA chapter is the largest chapter in the state of Nebraska leading the way in community service, leadership activities, and career readiness building.

PBL National Champions!

After an impressive seventeen 1st place awards at the Nebraska state competition in the spring, the York College Professional Business Leaders set their sights high for the National Leadership Conference, June 24-27, and did their PBL chapter proud. Sixteen Top 10 finishes were awarded that included one individual national champion, one team champion, two team runners-up, and seven additional students at fifth or better in their events.

Collaboration with Local Businesses

FBLA students frequently partner with local businesses for internships and other service-learning opportunities. Recent partnerships include the York Area Chamber of Commerce, City of York Parks and Recreation, and Hudl.
