  1. The learner will demonstrate the skills necessary to successfully enter
    mathematics-related careers or graduate programs.

     

  2. The learner will exhibit baccalaureate-level proficiency in the mathematical fields of differential and integral calculus, linear and abstract algebra, real analysis, topology, differential equations, logic, set theory, and number theory.

     

  3. The learner will show proficiency in the art and meaning of mathematical communication, especially as exhibited through the construction and interpretation of mathematical proofs.
